How overseas service of process works

1. The court issues a correction order (보정명령) requiring a translation for service on the overseas party.
2. We translate the designated documents to court-acceptable certified standard — legal and procedural terminology matters more here than in a general business translation.
3. The certified translation is filed with the court alongside the service-of-process request, so the process isn't delayed waiting on paperwork.

Why this differs from general translation

Court filings carry legal and procedural meaning that a general-purpose translator can miss — mistranslating a single procedural term can trigger a rejection from the court or the receiving country's central authority, adding months to an already slow process.
